George Stenhouse was a much loved husband and father. As an Elder in Glenrothes Baptist Church, retired Maths teacher, walk leader and Scottish country dancer, he will be greatly missed in the local community. Having supported World Vision since the seventies, George and his wife currently sponsor two little girls in Senegal, and their visit to meet Yoba and Gnaling in 2007 was one of the memories George cherished most. £640 donated at the service to celebrate his life will be used to provide gifts for the children and materials for their schools.
